If no services are recommended, there is a flat $25.00 charge and reassures you that your computer is in good shape. If the services that are recommended to the customer are turned down, there is a flat $25.00 charge to cover expenses and time. |
| ** -- Services included in "PC Clean-up" are intended to remove comman trojans, spyware and adware. There are some cases of PC's having a virus that may take some time to clean and get rid of. If this is the case, the technician will inform you of this and offer recommendations. These types of clean-ups are not covered in the $40.00 offer |

| **** -- The $25.00 per call charge is based on us fixing the issue remotely. If this is the case and the customer refuses the service, the $25.00 charge will be placed on the Customer's account as a credit for future services. The credit will remain in effect for 1 year from the time of the charge |
